Members of my family have been using TID for a number of years now. The benefits and price combined with the user friendly website were our initial reasons for choosing TID over several other companies we'd compared. So many times I've compared TID's offering with what my travel agent recommends. But TID is always 50% cheaper - and the limits are often higher than the competitors' products. I think I can stop wasting my time comparing.

On one of my trips I needed to make a claim. I found the staff helpful and informative as they explained the claims process and timeframe. They were true to their word and I never once needed to hassle them for a response.

Like most other people, I got a few quotes, but TID had the best price and explained everything I needed to know clearly and most importantly honestly. The same can be said for the customer service people, who gave all the answers we needed when we called. Thanks for the great service and also a decent policy.

To my surprise when I rang customer service I got straight through. They were extremely helpful and able to answer all questions. I then proceeded to use the website to apply for my insurance which was easy to use and very quick. Thanks TID!!
